Proactive Calls - LMD Calling Report
The purpose of this document is to equip anyone in Customer Experience to make Outbound Calls to customers that are awaiting deliveries, to confirm the date they'd like these onsite and advise when we can deliver in relation to this date.
1. Generate the LMD Calling Report showing which 'Mainstream/Newtech' and 'Newtech' orders are 'Ready' and 'Waiting', with the Dispatch Date you select (usually approx. 4-5 days in advance from the date you're pulling the report).
Inventory > Delivery Orders > LMD Delivery Option: Mainstream/Newtech & Newtech > Filters: Waiting & Ready > Custom Filter: Dispatch Date is between ***
2. Ignore the below customers:
- Kitchen Orders
- GJ Gardners
