- Is the priority driver, on contract, keep up the comms with him, e.g. tell him in advance what he's got coming up, isn't very punctual so for bigger days or if there's heaps of jobs or west coast trip, you will need to suggest a start time e.g. say it would be ideal if you could get to mainstream by 7 for example.

- Is mainly doing outlet work at the moment, but will drive if Dylan gets sick etc, but i'd say Joel will just carry on with outlet work during this time.
